Pediatric Imaging Support:
100% cost coverage

One of MDDX’s company values is “family first.” Many members of the MDDX team are parents of small children. Pediatric health issues hold a special place in our company’s mission. Accordingly, MDDX donates our image-management services to support trials that require pediatric imaging endpoints. All image-transport and management fees are waived for clinical trials that meet the following criteria:

  • Primary cohort is under 18 years of age at baseline or procedure imaging exam
  • A limit of 300 DICOM datasets is to be collected per trial (with discounted rates if the sample size exceeds this limit)
  • The trial must be IRB approved and registered on ClinicalTrials.gov
  • Protocol must be reviewed by MDDX to validate the age and imaging endpoints

The research study can be commercial, academic, or non-profit. Sponsorship/funding source is not a factor in this grant.

Graduate Research Collaboration Program

The goal of this program is to encourage medical and graduate students using imaging endpoints to expand their single-center study into a multi-center trial. This grant is designed to foster collaboration between different academic medical and graduate institutions by eliminating one of the major barriers to research: image data collection, de-identification, and image storage.

All image transport and management fees are waived for clinical trials that meet the following criteria:

  • The study director/primary researcher must be a medical or graduate student.
  • Letters of support must be obtained from at least 4 collaborating institutions.
  • A limit of 300 DICOM datasets is to be collected per trial (with discounted rates if the sample size exceeds 300).
  • The trial is not commercially sponsored. If the trial is investigator initiated, a budget review process must occur to determine if a discounted rate can be offered.
  • The trial must be IRB approved and registered on ClinicalTrials.gov.

Protocol must be reviewed by MDDX to validate the site collaboration and imaging endpoints.
